    Credit Union Current Account

If you have a Credit Union Current Account (CUCA) with us, we will have notified you that we're closing the existing CUCA and upgrading to a banking account called 'Engage', which offers an online banking facility and cashback rewards.

As the replacement of the existing Credit Union Current Account draws near we will start closing all black VISA debit cards from 24th January 2017 over a period of a few days.

This means you may not be able to use your black VISA debit card from 24th January 2017.

Don’t panic. Activate your Engage card and we’ll transfer your balance to your new account.

After January 2017 you will no longer be able to access the old Credit Union current account in any capacity.

Don’t forget to give the people who pay money in to your account your new sort code & account number.

If you don’t, on and after 31st January 2017, any payments in to your old Current Account won’t be accepted by us.

We will still be here for your savings and loans, this only affects you if you have a Credit Union Current Account

    Annual Newsletter

Here's our Annual Newsletter - hope you enjoy!

    PayPoint Deposits

Members, please note that due to the cost of operating the PayPoint service, we have reluctantly had to introduce a charge of £1 each time that you use a Membership PayPoint card at a PayPoint outlet or Post Office to deposit funds in your Credit Union savings account.

You can avoid the £1 charge by using other methods to pay into your savings account such as bank standing order, Direct Debit, cash into a branch or (if you work for one of our payroll partners) direct from your pay. You can also make one-off online transfers from your bank account - please call us if you need to know how to set up any of these options, as we don't want to charge members to use our services unless we have to.

A big welcome to all DWP Staff!

If you work for the Department for Work & Pensions in Yorkshire and Humberside, the North East and Scotland you and your immediate family can now join our Credit Union and benefit from safe savings and affordable loans the easy way by direct payroll deduction.

Check your intranet site for more details and to access the online joining form.
